Monday - Friday

9:00am - 11:30am, 12:30pm - 3:30pm

CLOSED FOR LUNCH 11:30am -12:30pm

• No appointment needed for urine drug testing

• Please be well hydrated and able to provide urine sample

• Federal DOT donors will not be allowed to leave until a sufficient 45mL sample is submitted (DOT CFR Part 40)
